To decide whether a quota has been reached, the Service reads the number of responses and the option values selected in your form.
The Service requests the minimum permissions needed to function.

The add-on accesses only the form it was installed in. It does not access any other file in your Google Drive.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
