Form Limit Pro ("the Service") is a Google Forms™ add-on developed and operated by an individual developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains exactly what data the Service accesses, why it is accessed, and what happens to it.
The add-on itself runs entirely inside Google's infrastructure using Google Apps Script, so almost all of the data below never leaves your own Google account. The only exception is your purchase, which is handled by our payment provider.

The first four rows are stored by Google inside your own account and are readable only by the add-on while it runs there — we cannot see them. The only data we ever receive is the purchaser email address needed to issue your license key.
To determine whether a quota has been reached, the Service reads the number of responses and which options were selected in your form.
The Service requests the minimum permissions required to work.

The add-on accesses only the form it was installed in. It cannot open, list, or read any other file in your Google Drive.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer user data to third parties. No advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers are involved, and the add-on makes no outbound network requests.
The only third party involved is Gumroad, Inc., which processes payments as the merchant of record. Gumroad receives the payment information you enter at checkout under its own privacy policy. We receive only the purchaser email address, which is used solely to issue a license key.
Because all data stays inside your own Google account, you control it directly and can delete it at any time using the steps in section 7. If you are in the EEA or UK you have rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection); if you are in California you have rights under the CCPA. Since we hold no personal data, these requests are generally satisfied by the self-service deletion steps below. You may still contact us with any question or complaint, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Form Limit Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the user-facing features described on this site; it is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide those features; it is not used for advertising; and it is not read by humans except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any data from them.
Form Limit Pro is operated by an individual developer, not a registered company.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date at least 14 days before it takes effect. Material changes will also be noted in the add-on's release notes.
