Open the Total submissions tab, enter the maximum number of responses you want, and save. The form closes automatically once that number is reached.
Open the Choice limits tab, pick a question, and choose a limit type. Bulk applies one quota to every option; Individual lets you set a different quota per option. Options that reach their quota disappear from the respondent's view.
Off by default. To turn it on, open the Choice limits tab, pick the question, and set Show remaining spots to respondents. A live preview shows exactly what respondents will see.
The add-on appends the live count to the option itself — for example,
9AM · 8/10 spots left. You can choose 8/10 spots left
to show the total too, or 8 spots left to show only what remains.
Because the count becomes part of the option text, your response sheet retains the number that was visible when each response was submitted. The add-on matches each answer back to its original option when counting, so quota calculations remain accurate.
Click the license bar at the top of the sidebar, paste the key from your purchase email, then click Activate. A key only works on the Google account it was issued for. The license is perpetual — there is nothing to renew.

Google Forms runs add-on code after a submission completes, so people submitting at the same moment can push the count one or two past the quota. The status panel shows the overflow so you can handle those entries in the response sheet.
Raise the limit above the current response count and save — it reopens automatically. You can also use Reopen responses in the add-on menu. Forms you closed manually are never reopened by the add-on on its own.
That happens when Show remaining spots is set to show the count, because the number becomes part of the option text. The add-on matches every answer back to its original option when counting, so limits stay accurate — but the raw text differs between rows.
Turn off Show remaining spots before collecting new responses if you need future option text to remain unchanged. Answers already collected keep the text they were saved with.
Use Restore all options in the add-on menu. It brings back the option list as it was before any limit was applied. If you added new options after setting a limit, clear the limit and set it again.
This usually happens when several Google accounts are signed in to the same browser. Open an incognito window, sign in with only the account that owns the form, and try again. If it persists, remove and reinstall the add-on and approve the permissions again.
Keys are bound to one Google account. Confirm you are signed in with the account the key was issued for. If several accounts are signed in, try an incognito window with only that one. The add-on shows the address it sees, so compare it with the address in your key email.
Transfers are free and unlimited. Open the add-on on the current account, go to the Pro tab and click Deactivate license. A release confirmation code appears — copy it, then email it to us with the new account address and we will issue the replacement key.
The code is shown only once, right after deactivating, and it proves the license really was released. We cannot issue a replacement key without it.
Releasing retires that key on that account for good — it cannot be entered there again, so the license really does move rather than being duplicated.
That is expected: a released key is permanently retired on the account it was released from. Email us at seokks0919@gmail.com and we will issue a new key for the same account free of charge, usually within one business day.
No. A license is valid on one Google account at a time. You can move it as often as you like using the release code above, but requesting keys for several accounts so they can be used at the same time is not a transfer, and we will not issue further keys in that case.
For a team, buy one license per person who edits forms. Respondents never need a license.
