Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Form Limit Pro ("the Service"), a Google Forms™ add-on provided by an individual developer ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the add-on.

2. What the Service does

The Service limits how many responses a Google Form accepts, and closes the form or removes an answer option when a configured limit is reached.

3. Payment

1. Prices are those shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase, in US dollars.
2. Payment is processed by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record. Gumroad's own terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction.
3. We do not receive or store your card details, and we do not receive payment through the Google Workspace Marketplace.
4. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Gumroad at checkout.
5. A license key is issued to the email address used at checkout, normally within one business day.

4. Refunds

1. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not activated the license key.
2. After activation, refunds are granted where the Service has a material defect that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
3. Statutory withdrawal rights that apply in your country are not affected by this section.

5. License to use

1. A Pro license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service on one Google account — the account specified at purchase.
2. A Pro license is perpetual. There is no expiry, no subscription, and no recurring charge.
3. A license may be active on one Google account at a time. Using one purchase on several accounts simultaneously is not permitted.
4. Transfers. Moving a license to a different Google account is free and unlimited, but the license must first be released on the current account. Open the add-on, choose Deactivate license, and send us the release confirmation code it displays together with the new account address. We issue the replacement key once the code is verified.
5. Releasing a license permanently retires that key on the account it was released from; it cannot be entered there again. If you release a license by mistake, contact us and we will issue a new key for the same account at no charge.
6. We may decline to issue further keys where the pattern of requests indicates that keys are being obtained for simultaneous use rather than transfer.
7. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service.
8. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, and to comply with Google's terms for Google Forms and Google Workspace. You are responsible for the content of your forms and for how you handle your respondents' data.

7. Platform limitations

1. The Service depends on Google Forms and Google Apps Script. Changes to Google's platform or policies may restrict functionality, and we will respond within what is reasonably possible.
2. Google Forms executes add-on code after a response is submitted. Responses submitted at nearly the same moment may therefore exceed a configured quota slightly. This is inherent to the platform and is not treated as a defect.
3. A respondent who already has the form open may still see an option that has since been filled, until they reload the page.

If exact capacity control is critical to you, please set your quota with a small buffer and verify the results in your response sheet.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost registrations, lost revenue, or over-capacity bookings.
2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
3. We are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages or changes to Google services.
4. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. If we discontinue the Service, we will post a notice on this site at least 30 days in advance where reasonably possible.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting.
