Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Form Limit Pro ("the Service"), a Google Forms add-on provided by [Company Name] ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

The Service limits how many responses a Google Form accepts and closes the form when a configured limit is reached.

3. License

1. A Pro license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service on one Google account — the account specified at purchase.
2. You may not resell, sublicense, share or publish your license key.
3. If you need to move the license to another account, contact us and we will reissue a key at no charge.
4. License term: [perpetual / 1 year subscription].

4. Payment

1. Fees are those shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
2. Payments are processed by [Payment provider]. We do not receive payment through the Google Workspace Marketplace.
3. Prices are exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds

1. Full refund within [14] days of purchase if the license has not been activated.
2. After activation, refunds are granted where the Service has a material defect that we cannot resolve.
3. For subscriptions, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
4. Request a refund at [support@example.com].

6. Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

1. reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify or redistribute the Service;
2. share or sell license keys;
3. use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Platform limitations

1. The Service depends on Google Forms and Google Apps Script. Changes to Google's platform or policies may restrict functionality; we will respond within what is reasonably possible.
2. Google Forms executes add-on code after a response is submitted. Simultaneous submissions may therefore exceed a configured quota slightly. This is inherent to the platform and is not treated as a defect.

Please confirm you accept this behaviour before purchasing. If exact capacity control is critical, we recommend setting your quota with a small buffer.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
2. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding [12] months.
3. We are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of Google services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate a license for breach of these terms. If we discontinue the Service, we will give at least [90] days' notice and refund the unused portion of any subscription.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Republic of Korea]. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of [court].

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page. Material changes take effect [30] days after posting.
